How do I change or cancel my order?
In Djuve We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at +619-455-1947 and quote your order number.

How do I track my order?
When your treatment is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package with Djuve partners.

The majority of orders are delivered within 50-60 days depending on the delivery location. Sometimes it may take longer than the stipulated time due to unforeseen conditions including weather conditions, and flight delays etc. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
Shipping Charges: The total price for Product(s) ordered, including shipping charges and other charges, will be displayed on the Website when you place your order.
Insurance: Your order will be covered for the shipping damages based on our 3rd party shipping and carrier partner policy. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact us at support a mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Order Tracking: If you have the tracking information, please visit the shipping partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the shipping partner with your order reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order reference number and we will be happy to help you.
You can cancel your order from our website until it moves to "Shipped Status". Once it moves to shipped status then you won't be able to cancel the order.
